- Young people from all over the world
Each year, around forty young people, coming from different countries, and different Christian denominations follow this training programme together , to listen to the Word of God, to discern their vocation and to prepare themselves to serve the Church and the world.

- A biblical and theological program :
Each week is dedicated to a theme: introduction to the Holy Scriptures, Church Theology and history or important contemporary issues.
Daily reading of the Bible (Lectio Divina), teachings, personal work or study in groups.
Speakers from various origins: theology teachers, lay people, priests and pastors.
- A place for prayer and discernment
Prayer is the heart of the program.
prièDaily personal prayer, liturgical life at the abbey (offices, Eucharist, adoration), and community prayer (prayer group)
Spiritual guidance and retreats (Ignatian Spiritual Exercises of one week or one month allow each person to listen carefully to God’s calling for their lives.
- A place of community life
Community life is source of joy and freedom. The sharing in fraternities ( 8-10 people), the shared meals, duties around the house and times of mission ( placements in parishes, helping to lead weekend or weeks with young people , catechism,…) are all opportunities to accept each other as brothers and sisters to Christ’s prayer : “ By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (Jn, 13: 35)
