  • Young people from all over the world
    Each year, around forty young people, coming from different countries, and different Christian denominations follow this training programme together , to listen to the Word of God, to discern their vocation and to prepare themselves to serve the Church and the world.

  • A biblical and theological program :
    - Each week is dedicated to a theme: introduction to the Holy Scriptures, Church Theology and history or important contemporary issues.
    - Daily reading of the Bible (Lectio Divina), teachings, personal work or study in groups.
    - Speakers from various origins: theology teachers, lay people, priests and pastors.
  • A place for prayer and discernment
    - Prayer is the heart of the program.
    - prièDaily personal prayer, liturgical life at the abbey (offices, Eucharist, adoration), and community prayer (prayer group)
    - Spiritual guidance and retreats  (Ignatian Spiritual Exercises of one week or one month allow each person to listen carefully to God’s calling for their lives.
  • A place of community life
    -Community life is source of joy and freedom.
    - The sharing in fraternities ( 8-10 people), the shared meals, duties around the house and times of mission ( placements in parishes, helping to lead weekend or weeks with young people , catechism,…) are all opportunities  to accept each other as brothers  and sisters to Christ’s prayer : “ By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love  one another” (Jn, 13: 35)
